The problem I have found with all couch covers is that the dogs either pull them off or snuggle UNDER them.

Hi Paula, I’m afraid we can’t help with that, we’re not a manufacturer…we only test the products and review them. You can order the product we listed through Amazon, although I’m not sure what you mean by “permanent”. If you can clarify that part, we’ll be able to help better.
